Organically Grown Kids Funfit Tots
Funfit Tots is a fun-filled adult/child high-energy activity class that includes songs, stories, parachutes, games, balls, music and lots more. The perfect combination for kids that love to move and love music too. Benefits to your child include improved motor skills, coordination, socialization, balance, cooperation & following instructions, as well as enhancing physical and cognitive development. Benefits you by disguising a 45 minute workout into a really fun class with your kids. Participate in this class fully and you'll burn approximately 500 calories/class.
It is recommended that your child be walking, adult participation is required.
