I latched on to Trager immediately upon being introduced to it in the course of my massage training at the Potomac Massage Training Institute: I entered the Trager certification program as soon as I could after graduating from the massage training program. I have since added certifications in Neural Reset Therapy (NRT), Zaichik Kinesiology Stretching, and ZHealth Performance Solutions - all of which inform my work. I presently am enrolled in ZHealth’s Master Practitioner Program."
